Panchasheel Doctrine

In 1954, India and China sign an agreement related to Tibbat. It established Panchasheel doctrine in international behavior and peaceful co-existence. Not to intervene in each others internal matters, to accept peaceful co-existence and not to attack on each other were main features of this doctrine.
1n 1962, China attacked on India and violated this doctrine. Theoretically this doctrine and the Panchasheel agreement between India and China lost its significance. But indian side keep itself stuck with it and keep her endorsement on China's annexation on Tibbat. Once China voilated this agreement we must had been withdrawn our endorsement from Tibbat but we didn't do so.
The rest of the world, adopted Panchasheel doctrine as an important tool of international politics.
On August 15, 2016, India's PM Narendra Modi made a historical amendment in this doctrine by insertion of an exception to intervene in each others internal matters. This amendment should be read as follows: "If one country intervene in others internal matters, the later should not hesitate in intervening the internal matters of the former to unwrap and exposed him to the world community.
